Apartments passed in
PA Wellington Two luxury apartments owned by Mr Brian Alexander, the man linked with Rakiura, the company which defaulted on a tender for $lOO million worth of Government
stock last month, were passed in at auction yesterday. The Wellington properties, upstairs and downstairs at 5 Hay Street, Oriental Bay, reached a top bid of $290,000.
