NZI Corp. offer
PA Wellington NZI Corporation, Ltd, has given details, of the one-for-10 cash issue announced in November. Shareholders will be entitled to one new share to every 10 ordinaries held, and option holders to three new shares for every 20 options held. Issue price is 125 c a share. < Books close March 19, with rights trading in New Zealand from March 20 to April 18.
