Successful applicants will be asked to appear together at the Society’s Office, 61 Bealey Avenue, Christchurch, to collect permits, and for allocation of stand numbers. The first name drawn will have first choice of the available stands, and so on. All stands will have shooting rights for a three (3) year period only, when they will be re-balloted. A list of management policies governing the conduct and conditions relating to the stands are available at the Society’s Office, and a copy may be collected on request. ALL applicants names will be drawn out and listed in the balloted order so that in the event of a successful applicant withdrawing, the stand can be offered to the next shooter on the list.
