Period of Closure: 8.00 a.m. to 11.30 a.m., Sunday, February 23 1986. During the period of the closure the following provisions will be made for ordinary vehicular traffic which would otherwise use the road: Emergency service vehicles or persons with urgent business within the closed area will be permitted access by marshals of the Rallies and Trials Enthusiasts’ Club (New Zealand) Incorporated. It will be an offence under the above regulations for any person otherwise than underauthority of an authorised permit to use the road for ordinary vehicular traffic during the period of closure.
