DUNCAN, Principal Rural Fire Officer. ■ CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL CLOSURE OF ROAD TO ORDINARY VEHICULAR TRAFFIC PURSUANT to the Transport (Vehicular Traffic Road Closure) Regulations 1965, notice Is hereby given that for the purpose of permitting the Rallies and Trials Enthusiasts’ Club (New Zealand) Incorporated to hold a car hillclimb, the following road will be close to ordinary vehicular traffic for the period Indicated hereunder: Summit Road between Mt Pleasant Road and Evans Pass. Period of Closure: 8.00 a.m. to 11.30 a.m., Sunday, February 23 1986. During the period of the closure the following provisions will be made for ordinary vehicular traffic which would otherwise use the road: Emergency service vehicles or persons with urgent business within the closed area will be permitted access by marshals of the Rallies and Trials Enthusiasts’ Club (New Zealand) Incorporated. It will be an offence under the above regulations for any person otherwise than underauthority of an authorised permit to use the road for ordinary vehicular traffic during the period of closure.
