Aust. loan
The Australian Government is to raise sAust46oM (SNZ6O2.6M) from a Deutschmark borrowing agreement split into a private placement and a public issue. The Treasurer, Mr Keating, said the borrowng will consist of a 250 M Deutschmark (SNZ2OOM) private placement over four years and a 500 M Deutschmark (SNZ4O2M) public issue over 10 years.
