The director of the Christchurch Arts Centre, Mr Christopher Doig, works on an old lecture room at the centre which will be rebuilt as an information office for the Arts Centre. The lecture room in the clock tower building is being stripped back to the brickwork. The new room will have space for displays by Arts Centre tenants and for showing videos and a film on the centre.
