Advertisement Auckland Trotting Cup tour
There are still some vacancies on “The Press”— Air New Zealand tour to the Auckland Trotting Cup on February 8 and 9. The cost of $299 includes return Christchurch-Auck-land air fares, one night’s accommodation at the South Pacific Hotel (twin share basis, no meals), ground transport in Auckland, admission, racebook and members’ stand tickets for Cup night at Alexandra Park, and a visit to Kelly Tarlton’s underwater world. A harbour cruise may be an additional attraction if there is sufficient interest. The party will travel to Auckland on the first flight (7 a.m.) on Saturday, February 8, and return on the 8.30 p.m. flight on February 9. Bookings may be made with Mr O’Connor at Air New Zealand in Cathedral Square, or by telephoning him at 797-000.
