Receivership for publisher of “Know How”
PA - Auckland Burnham House Publishing, Ltd, producer of the educational series, “Know How,” has gone into receivership but will not stop production. The director, Mr John Davis, said that he decided to call in the receivers rather than take other legal action to overcome a temporary cash-flow problem. “Know How,” widely distributed to schools and community services, would run to 50,000 copies this year, the seventh since the series began. Mr Davis said it should be out in March, Carlier than usual Burnham House’s other major publication in the pipeline, “Travel Guide New Zealand,” would be released in April.
