Ringo eludes media
PA Auckland Ringo Starr, the former drummer of the famous Beatles group, eluded the press and a handful of signature-hunters on his arrival in Auckland yesterday. Starr will make commericals for a soft-drink company in Japan. They will be made in Albany and Silverdale, north of Auckland.
Starr’s wife, the American actress, Barbara Bach, is accompanying him.
