TV drama series on yachting
NZPA-AAP London Television personality, David Frost and top-selling author, Frederick Forsyth, will produce a mini-series on the America’s Cup yachting in Perth. According to the “Daily Mail” the dramatised series should be ready for screening in Britain and the United States later this year. “The America’s Cup is good theatre and I thought it would be a marvellous backdrop for a mini-series,” Frost told the “Mail.”
He. said he had asked Forsyth to work on the idea “and his treatment is brilliant:
“We’re turning it into scripts and hopefully it will be on British and U.S. screens later this year.”
