Culverden sale

Buyers from as far away as Southland supported a recent dairy beef cattle sale at Culveraen, conducted by Wrightson N.M.A., Ltd. Friesian bull calves and Hereford-Friesian cross bull and heifer calves were in strong demand. Good-quality Friesian bulls sold from $220 to $296 and beef-cross bulls made to $250. The yarding included 1003 calves and 188 adult cattle.
