Softball squad addition
Another in-fielder, the very safe Countdown Burnside second baseman, Murray Lanini, has been added to the Canterbury men’s softball team to contest the Rothmans national inter- provincial tournament in Christchurch over the Christmas-New Year break. The inclusion of Lanini brings the strength of the squad up to 16 and the, representative coach, Mr Leon Fife, is still considering bringing in one more player.
