Ram sale record
PA Wellington A one-shear ram was sold for a sale record price of $17,000 at the Feilding stud Romney ram sale, said the auctioneer, Dalgety Crown. The ram, Aurora 274/84, was offered on account of David Robertson, of Gore. A total of 106 one-shear rams were sold, at an average price of $1637.
