Blenheim reporter The Jordan high-country station in Awatere Valley, was passed in at $470,000 at auction in Blenheim this Owned by the Jordan Partnership, the property had a 1983 Government valuation of $643,000 and had a good balance of high country to lowland, said the Blenheim manager of Wrightsons, Mr Pat Palmer. The land comprises 2715 hectares, and is about midway to Molesworth station from Seddon. It carries 5800 stock units.
