PA ’ Wellington The schedule of Parliament’s business, detailing bills passed, lapsed and hela over Uiis session was presented when the House, sitting under urgency, sat at 9 a.m. yesterday. The Leader of the House, Mr Palmer, moved that when the House rose it adjourn until 2 p.m. oh Thursday, December 19. He said it was the Government’s intention to ask the Governor-General to prorogue the House, ending the present session. The motion was passed. Mr Palmer then moved that the House adjourn. Members began speaking to the motion. Mr Palmer spoke to the motion. He was followed by the Leader of the Opposition, Mr McLay, and the Speaker, Dr Wall. The motion was carried and the House adjourned at 9.30 a.m.
