Situations Vacant BAY OF PLENTY HOSPITAL BOARD SPECIALIST ORTHOPAEDIC SURGEON (Part-Time) WHAKATANE HOSPITAL APPLICATIONS are invited from registered medical practitioners with a recognised specialist qualification in orthopaedics. This is a new position, there being one orthopaedic surgeon presently employed by the Board. This four-tenths position ; will allow ample time for private work. The appointee will be allocated sessions and two clinics per week. Call duties will be minimal. Whakatane is an extremely popular area, is situated on the coast and has one of the country’s best climates. The board population is approximately 50,000.
