Thomas, Greenpark to take up to 2160 cubic metres of water per day at a maximum rate of 30 litres per second for 12 days per month, from a 31 metre deep bore for Irrigation at property on Carters Road, Greenpark. 0586 — Minister of Forests to take up to 800 cubic metres of water per day at a maximum rate of 27.8 litres per second for 20 days per month, from four connected 22 metre deep bores for Irrigation and nursery purposes at property on Oxford-Ranglora Road, Ranglora (previous right 740476). 0583 — Minister of Forests to take up to 50 cubic metres of water per day at a maximum rate of 2.3 litres per second for 30 days per month, from three bores 24, 64, and 44 metres deep, for community water supply at Eyrewell State Forest, Horrellvllle (previous right 750131). 0585 — Minister of Forests to take up to 86 cubic metres of water per day at a maximum rate of 6 litres per second for one day per week, from a 4 metre deep bore for irrigation at Balmoral Forest Picnic Area, State Highway No. 7, Hurunui. 0584 — Minister of Forests to take up to 46 cubic metres of water per day at a maximum rate of 0.53 litres per second for seven days per week, from a 4.3 metre deep bore for water supply purposes at Balmoral Camp Headquarters. 0595 — Kalapol Borough Council, Kalapol to discharge up to 2160 cubic metres of untreated sewage per day from a proposed pumping station in Cemetery Road to Kalkanui Stream, at a maximum rate of 25 litres per second after utilisation of 150 cubic metres of storage in the event of emergencies. SUBMISSIONS OR OBJECTIONS: The above applications may be examined at the office of the North Canterbury Catchment Board, corner of Latimer ■ Square and Worcester Street, Christchurch, during office hours. Any body or person may at any time within 28 days of this notice, lodge with the Board written submissions on any application or an objection to any application. Every objection shall be on the grounds that the application would prejudice the objector’s Interests or the Interests of the public generally, and shall be made In writing setting out the grounds on which the objector relies.
