Gillies again remanded
PA Wellington Karl Bremner, also known as John Frederick Gillies, and John Robert Manihera were yesterday both charged with threatening to kill a Hutt Valley man.
Bremner was remanded in custody and Manihera was remanded on bail to December 9 when they appeared in the District Court at Lower Hutt before Judge Robertson. Bremner, aged 52, a sickness beneficiary, and Manihera, aged 34, a concrete layer of Wainuiomata, entered no plea to the charges.. They also face a charge of assault with intent to injure a man on November 16.
