Chch jam firm sold
PA Wellington Lane Latimer, Ltd, a Dunedin food manufacturer, has bought the assets and business of Harrows Jams, Ltd, Christchurch, for an undisclosed sum. Manufacturing will con-
tinue in Christchurch until December, when it will be moved to Dunedin. The chairman of Lane Latimer, Mr John Lane, said yesterday that the acquisition would strengthen the company’s Dunedin base.
