TENDERS are Invited for the Contract to Install Water Supply Trunk Mains within the Ashburton Borough area. The contract comprises the following two sections of works, which may be tendered for individually or combined. (a) The installation of 1762 metres of 375 mm diameter asbestos cement pipe (Class B) and associated fittings along Alford Forest Road (part of State Highway 77.) (b) The installation of 1076 metres of 250 mm diameter asbestos cement pipes (Class B) and associated fittings along Allens and Middle Roads. Asbestos cement pipes and fittings will be supplied to the Contractor at no cost.
