(3) Applicants must have a minimum of ten years responsible experience in the design, installation, commissioning, operating and maintenance of reticulation and switching systems and emergency power generating systems. (4) Experience in the design, installation and maintenance of associated electronic equipment would be an advantage, as would experience in the special services inherent in major hospitals.
