PA _ Wellington The Securities Commission is to inquire into dealings of snares in the EMCO Group, Ltd. in the second quarter of this year
It said that the inouiry is being undertaken at the’ request of the New Zealand Stock Exchange. The terms of reference for the public hearing would be widely drawn. However, primary matters of interest to the commission would be: (a) The terms of contracts for the sale -and purchase of shares with particular reference to any premiums or other considerations in addition to a price a share uniL and any escalation clauses, (b) Whether the information communicated to the Stock Exchange informed the market about the terms of the contracts.
