Grant to co-ordinator
PA Wellington The Government will give emergency funding to the unemployed workers’ movement for the position of national co-ordinator. The co-ordinator, Ms Jane Stevens, said she had received a letter from the Minister of Employment, Mr Burke, confirming a grant of $3268 for the position. The grant is 13 weeks wages.
