Date of Operation: Commencing on or about August 19. 1985. 2. Areas to be Covered: (a) The Selwyn Plantation Board's plantation known as Chamberlains Plantation, situated between Burnham Camp and Norwood Road, adjacent to the Main South Rail line — Survey District Leeston V. (c) The west bank of the Walmakarlri River, including selected islands in the riverbed, extending from the Kowai River downstream to approximately five kilometres below the Gorge Bridge — Survey District Oxford IX and XIV. 3. Constituted 1913 PROPOSAL TO CLOSE ROADS TO VEHICULAR TRAFFIC PURSUANT to the (Vehicular Traffic Road Closure) Regulations 1965, notice is hereby given that the Riccarton Borough Council for the purposes of the Riccarton Festival proposes to close the following roads to ordinary vehicular traffic for the periods indicated hereunder: Rotheram Street, from Riccarton Road to the car park entrance. October 1: 11 a.m.-2 p.m. October 2-4 inclusive: 11 a.m.1.30 p.m. October 5: 7.30 a.m.-l p.m. Riccarton Road, between Straven Road and Kauri Street. October 5: 8 a.m.-l p.m. During the proposed periods of closure the following provision will be made for ordinary vehicular traffic which would otherwise use the roads during the periods of closure. Rotheram Street traffic may have access by way of the Riccarton Borough Council Car Park. Divison Street traffic will be detoured down Maxwell Street. Riccarton Road traffic will be detoured into Kauri Street, Rata Street, and Straven Road.
