Hospital meals

Sir,—l have read with interest the letters about the meals served to patients in the Christchurch Hospital. As a patient of about three years ago, and of necessity, a fastidious one, I found the quality of meals of a high standard, attractively served on trays. I take pleasure in paying a belated tribute to those responsible for the excellent service enjoyed, I have no doubt, by the majority of patients, past and present. — Yours, etc., M. MASON.
