Venues for orchestra
PA Wellington The New Zealand Youth Orchestra will give three special concerts in the Wellington area during the August school holidays. The concerts, to celebrate the United Nations International Year of Youth, will also feature the national youth choir, band and jazz orchestra, the pianist, Richard Chandler, and the contralto, Shelley Alexander. The performances at Paraparaumu, Upper Hutt, and Wellington will be under the baton of the Israeli conductor, Doron Salomon.
