Minority stake
New Zealand Salmon Company, Ltd, of Christchurch, has taken a minority interest in Kiwifresh Holdings, Ltd. Kiwifresh is a North Islandbased horticultural processing and exporting company specialising in frozen food production. Opio Forest Unit-holder equity in the Opio Forestry Fund increased by $8524 from $1,223,171 to $1,231,695 in the year to March 31, the Perpetual Trustees Estate and Agency Company of New Zealand, Ltd, said as trustee for Opio. The asset backing a unit increased from 98c to 99c.
