House arrest
The leading South Korean dissident, Kim Dae-Jung, was placed under house arrest by the authorities again yesterday, said his aides. On his return from two years exile in the United States in February he was put under house arrest but the order was lifted a month later. He had been warned not to break an order banning him from political activity. — Seoul.
