Man still sought
The police are still looking for a man who on Sunday evening demanded money from a Waltham family at knife-point before being scared off by screams. The man is described as a Maori or Polynesian, aged in his 20s, about I.Bm tall, of medium build, and unshaven. He was wearing a red and black-check shirt and a
hooded shirt underneath. He had the hood pulled over his head. The police still seek two men who held two women at knife-point at their Hereford Street flat last Tuesday evening and accused them of stealing a motor-cycle. A spokesman said that interviews had been held and inquiries were continuing.
