REQUIREMENTS: • A qualified solicitor preferably with proven corporate experience, and a commercial ‘edge.’ • Sound interpersonal skills with the capacity to relate confidently to Directors and senior management. • Strong administrative and organisational abilities, backed by sound analytical skills and understanding of systems and policy development and refinement. • A strong desire to be part of an achievement oriented team of professionals operating in a dynamic and stimulating environment. • Age flexible but probably in the 30-40 age group. • Motivated, presentable, and able to work well under pressure.
