Angora closes
The Angora Corporation (N.Z.), Ltd, public issue of 5,700,000 ordinary shares of 40c par value at a premium of 10c has opened and closed oversubscribed. The issue will proceed to allotment as soon as possible and it is expected that, subject to the completion of all documentation, share certificates and refunds (where applicable) will be mailed on uly 19, which should result in listing on the Stock Exchange on July 24.
