Till inquiries continue
Police inquiries are continuing into the snatching of a digital till from a dairy in Cashmere Road on Tuesday evening. • A man who wore a blue motor-cycle helmet and a scarf took the till after asking a shopkeeper at the Top Cat Dairy for icecreams. The till contained about $4OO. Onlookers told the police that the man drove away in a white Holden car which had been parked round the corner.
