Mr Julian Rascagneres, the French referee officiating in the TransTasman Cup rugby league series between Australia and New Zealand, controlling the inter-school match between Shirley Boys’ High School and Papanui High School at Papanui High School yesterday. Apart from last Sunday’s second test in Auckland, Mr Rascagneres has been the referee in an Auckland premier club match and in the 19 years match between Canterbury and Wellington at Wellington last week. He will return to Auckland for the third test on Sunday.
