South Africa and propaganda

Sir,—The desperation of Glen McLennan (“The Press,” June 27) and the Coalition Against the Tour, seems obvious. Instead of insinuating that “Asa,” a publication of a Swiss association based in Zurich, does not exist, they should realise they cannot win an argument that is not based on fact. To confirm what I have said, they should read 1985 publications of the International Christian Network, London, or Signpost Publications and Research Centre releases Arcadia, South Africa. Both organisations are based on the Christian church as distinct from the Marxist church. The editors of both publications are known to me personally. As the listening to the real story of South Africa, I would suggest contact with Mr Gaousson Kamissoko, a black journalist on the editorial staff of the “Fraternite Matin,” Ivory Coast. The alternative, of

course, is to go to South Africa and see for oneself. Those who do are never again taken in by Marxist propaganda. — Yours, etc., BERT WALKER. June 27, 1985.
