In reporting to the Board of Directors, the appointee will have full administrative and financial responsibility for the management of existing operations through experienced and capable second line managers; informing the Board of development opportunities; and for commissioning additional facilities in accordance with the Board's expansion objectives. Key attributes sought include: •Line-management experience, together with strong administrative, negotiating and problem solving skills. •An entrepreneurial outlook, with the capacity to recognise opportunities and to plan for and implement new developments.
