BIL has third of Winstone

PA Wellington Brierley Investments, Ltd, said yesterday that it has purchased on-market and by private treaty 1.66 million Winstone, Ltd, shares for a total of $2.92 million. This, together with Winstone shares received from the Winstone take-over of Odlins, brings the BIL holding in Winstone to 32.1 per cent. Winstone is No. 10 on the sharemarket in terms of market capitalisation.
