Change of date
L and M Mining, Ltd, is proposing to alter its balance date to June 30 now that Newmans Group, Ltd, has increased its holding to 51 per cent of the company. At present L and M balances on October 31. L and M directors said the next trading period would be the eight months ending June 30. The half-yearly profit announcement for the six months to the April 30 would be made following a directors’ meeting next month.
