Hart talks refused
A request by Hart to meet the council of the New Zealand Rugby Union during its meeting in Christchurch yesterday was refused because it was not the policy of the council to meet delegations, said the chairman of the union, Mr Ces Blazey, last evening. Mr Blazey confirmed that a Iptter had been received
from the chairman of Hart, Mr John Minto, to meet the council. Normal policy was for individuals or delegations to meet the chairman or sub-committees of the union. Mr Blazey said that council members had been asked if they wished the policy to be changed for a Hart -d’ejegatidf but they did not:*"
