PA Wellington The Minister of Overseas Trade,. Mr. Moore, is exS'ed to sign a> bilateral e. agreement in Teheran in two weeks when he becomes .the Government’s first Minister to make an official visit to Iran. A member of Mr Moore’s staff said yesterday that the Minister, who will leave for Europe today,-was expected
to sign the bilateral trade agreement exchanging trade preferences during talks in Iran on June 14,15, and 16. Mr Moore will follow up individual efforts by New Zealand’s primary produce boards in the region. The Dairy Board announced in March that it had expanded its contract to sell butter to Iran by 8000 tonnes to a total of 30,000 tonnes, valued at $7B million.
