The University Grants Committee will award fulltime Post-Doctoral Fellowships to be taken up in 1986 for periods of one or three years. Preference will be given to applicants with an interest in current growth research areas in science, technology, management or economics. The emolument for a Fellowship shall be a rate not exceeding the lowest step of the Lecturer scale ($23,622 per annum). A combination of this education and commercial experience could be an advantage. Commencing salaries are according to qualifications and experience. HAY Registrar Lincoln College, CANTERBURY TUTOR IN HORTICULTURE (MANAGEMENT) LINCOLN COLLEGE APPLICATIONS are Invited for appointment to the position of Tutor in Horticultural Management in the Department of Horticulture, Landscape and Parks. This is initially a term appointment for a period of three years. Applicants Should possess a knowledge of commercial horticulture and preferably hold a degree or Advanced Diploma in Horticultural Science or similar qualification in Horticultural or Agricultural Science or Commerce. The successful applicant’s duties will entail assisting in teaching horticultural management to diploma and degree course students by participating in and organising tutorials, field visits and seminars. Assistance with preparation of teaching material and assignment marking will also be required. Commmenclng salary for the position will be within the range $13,504-$16,695 per annum commensurate with qualifications and experience. Applicants should be professionally established in their major field and have a particular Interest in the art of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries or the art of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries.
