Country Colts team
Playing a curtain-raiser to the Canterbury v. Taranaki nigby match at Lancaster Park on June 25 will be a highlight of the season for the Canterbury Country Colts team.
The Country Colts will play Town Colts.
Before then, the Country Colts will play three other warm-up matches. The first of those will be against Nelson Bays Colts on Tuesday at Culverden, as a curtain-raiser to a match between the corresponding senior teams. On May 29, the Country Colts will play an Ellesmere XV in a curtain-raiser to the Country senior match against Marlljprough at Rangiora
Showgrounds. The other match will be against a North Canterbury XV on June 16, possibly at Gladstone Park, Woodend. The Country Colts team for the match against Nelson Bays is.— S. Eaton, D.
