Reshuffle
Hungary’s Communist Party has ended its Congress with a leadership reshuffle, bringing in younger men and giving a deputy to veteran leader, Janos Kadar. Karoly Nemeth, the Politburo member in charge of party organisation, was appointed to the new post of deputy general secretary in order to ease. Kadar’s workload. — Budapest.
