Guilty drug case verdict

A woman, who attempted to smuggle cannabis into Addington Remand Prison, has been found guilty by Judge Bradford in a reserved decision given in the District Court on a charge of possession of 2.9 g of cannabis for

supply. Susan Mary Birkbeck, aged 23, unemployed, has been remanded on bail to March 26 for sentence. She was represented by Mr M. J. Glue and Sergeant G. G. Cleland appeared for the police.
