Shipping attacks

Iran and Iraq have hit 127 ships in attacks in the Gulf since May, 1981, Lloyd’s Shipping Intelligence says. The two countries had struck 15 vessels this year. The latest target was the 122,348-ton Liberian tanker Atlanticos, hit on Tuesday as it left Iran’s main oil terminal at Kharg Island.
