A.I.D.S. arrests possible
NZPA-Reuter Bonn Bonn is considering an arrest law in a bid to control the spread of the potentially fatal A.I.D.S. Health officials said recent studies had shown A.I.D.S. to be more widespread than first thought and is a danger not only to high risk groups, such as promiscuous homosexuals and drug addicts, but to other people., The Government’s expert adviser on epidemics is considering legislation which would make it illegal for victims aware of their condition to pass the disease on to others through sexual contact. Doctors would be asked to watch for patients who could transmit the disease and to report A.I.D.S. cases to Federal health authorities.
