Fatality in collision
A former proprietor of the Canterbury Hotel at Lyttelton was killed yesterday when two cars collided and one hit a petrol tanker on the Lyttelton tunnel road about 12.20 p.m. He was Leslie Fosbender. Firemen had to use cutting equipment to remove Mr Fosbender’s body from
