Bus link between Coast, Picton
A new daily return bus service between Greymouth and Picton will begin on November 19. “The Coaster,” run by Delta Coachlines, will leave Greymouth from Revingtons Hotel at 6.45 a.m. and arrive in Picton at 1.20 p.m. The return trip will leave the Picton ferry terminal at 1.35 p.m. and arrive in Greymouth at 8.10 p.m. The route is via Reefton, Inangahua Junction, Murchison, Kawatiri Junction, St Arnaud, and Blenheim. The service also connects with Westport at Inangahua Junction, through Buller Motorways. The total fare between Greymouth and Picton is $27.50 and proportionately less for passengers travelling only part of the route.
