Further move on Lady El
The decision of the judicial panel to declare Lady El unruly from mobile start races following an inquiry at Addington Raceway on Tuesday is being challenged by the connections of the mare.
They are seeking the reopening of the inquiry on the ground that they have new evidence to present.
When the evidence is presented to the Trotting Conference the executive may order the panel which heard the original inquiry to rehear the matter.
Lady El is down to start from the unruly position in the Keighleys Timber Pace at Addington Raceway on Saturday.
