Casing company wound up
The Associated Casing Company (New Zealand), Ltd, which owes $211,757 to R. and W. Hellaby, Ltd, was ordered to be wound up by Mr Justice Hardie Boys in the High Court yesterday. casings and other animal products. A creditor supporting the winding up order is Wolfson Casing Corporation of New York which claims it is owed $66,064. Evidence was given that the debtor company had failed to pay Hellaby for casings and other materials supplied between 1982 and 1984.
