Meeting on S.A. tour
PA Wellington The Prime Minister, Mr Lange, and the chairman of the New Zealand Rugby Union, Mr Ces Blazey, emerged from a meeting at the Beehive yesterday afternoon declining to comment on their dicussions. The All Blacks may tour South Africa next year, and the Government has said it will do all it can to st<p the
tour. Mr Lange said the meeting was a result of a letter from him to Mr Blazey. “We agreed to meet; we have, and we. will meet again,” he said. He declined to say what was said during the 45-minute meeting. Mr Blazey said he could not say if the Rugby Union would accept an invitation to tour South Africa.
